i've been having trouble finnishing when the wife and i have intercourse. my testosterone was low, so my doctor gave me some testosterone cream. I don't have trouble having sex. it's just ejaculating that's not happening.I'm 50 years old and on other medication also. thank's

Your best bet is to talk with your doctor about your concerns. It could be as simple as adjusting your medication or an indication of something more serious. Talk to him soon.

Well, the nice thing about this is that you and your wife can have longer more frequent sex then ever. I think that a part of this is stress and fear of performing, I think that if you'll just learn to enjoy sex for what it is, not as a mean to ejaculate, then you'll be able to gain that ability, not every sexual encounter must end in an orgasm.
