i got a question. we had intercourse one night and i did not get up to use the bathroom. I got up to use the bathroom about 4:30 am. i know when i use it i got all of the fluids from my husband out in the commode. my question is, is the sperm still alive after may be 6 hours in me? was the next person that used the commode can get pregnant, although i flush it really good? i think she was on her sixth day after her menstruation. please give me an answer asap. thank you so much.

Hi Bet,
Well theoretically the answer is yes (the next person can get pregnant) but the chances to that are very very very slim (close to zero).  In order to get pregnant under these conditions the next person had to get in touch with the sperm (very slim chances) insert it and be on a fertile day....

thank you for your answer. it helps a lot. i'm just wondering if the next person was fertile because  she was about on her sixth-7th day after her menstruation. please reply. thanks

Hi Bet,
You are very welcomed.  No, 6-7 days are a bit too early..... the fertile days are roughly  2 weeks after the period.
