What an interesting question!  If it's a GOOD clean buffet, then I will on occasion, but there are a few (like some Chinese buffets) that I wouldn't eat @ to save my life.

Sometimes, but other times I prefer to go in, sit down, and be waited on.  Many buffets serve good, hot food, but some do not.  In addition, I think people tend to eat more than when they just order from a menu.

Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.
