This is the most ignorant question ever. There are dozens of African languages.  The most ancient intact library on earth is actually in Timbuktu (in Africa), with texts all in African languages.

There are two parts to this question which need clarification. The first is what does the term black race refer to? If it refers to anyone with skin color darker than a certain shade, then that creates a class that has many distinct genetic and regional origins. Let's take the Mohenjo Daro civilization in the Indus Valley. The southern India/Indus Valley populations typically had dark skin. Scholars estimate that this civilization came into being 3300 years BC, and had up to five million inhabitants. The script for their language has not been decifered yet. So, this language may pre-date and be the root of Sanskrit and other related language groups. If the reference is to just African genetic, linguistic and regional groups, then it must be taken into account that much of their cultural knowledge was transmitted verbally for millenia. Most people therefore developed vast memory capacity to recall intricate elements of their culture. What we are able to recall from our past educational experiences would be dwarfed by our ancestor's memory capacity.
