Was a Insurance deal,   no insurance at the time of the accident

the courts cleared me, but a collection agancy turned me over to the state of tennessee two years later ... unless i pay all the damages, the state will take my licences ,, but i don't have a tn license

I don't understand how you wound up with financial obligations when the court cleared you. At any rate, I do not have any knowledge about this across state lines stuff. I suspect that you are going to require a lawyer in this one.
