To do it right, you need a pressure test bench like I use in the shop.  To mickey mouse it you just need some basic hand tools, a gland wrench, a full set of seals, and an air compressor.

Either way you need a tough bench with a plate and a pin the size of the pins in your cylinders so you can get down and reef on the packing gland at the end of the cylinder.  As tempting as it might be, don't even think about breaking it loose while it is on the tractor cause the cylinder will always have some fluid in it and it might have enough residual pressure to hit you hard.

Hydraulics ain't a DIY repair.  But if you ain't gonna listen to me, here is a link and remember I told you to leave it to the pros when you get it apart and nothing wants to go back together.
