Info on Fred Vinea and painting titled Tarantella Dance.

My friend has a painting by a Fred Vinea titled Tarantella Dance.  It was signed Fred Vinea and a 98 in the bottom right corner.  We are assuming it means 1898 as this painting i very old and she has owned it 30 yrs or more.  I can't find anything on a Fred Vinea at all only a Francesco Vinea and nothing titled Tarantella Dance by him either.  Can someone help me give my friend info on her painting?  My email address is rtallon410@aol.com.  Thanks so much.
