I have inflammation in my arm, but I can't take any type of pill that has aspirin in it, meaning Ibuprofen, Excedrin, Naproxen, Aleve, Mortion, etc. Is there any type of pill that doesn't have aspirin in it, help with inflammation???

I'm sure there are, but you should get some advice from your doctor.  He could even prescribe something for you if there is nothing over the counter.

You could take something like oxycotton
