Where can I find inexpensive high waisted pants?

I am having a hard time finding a pair of high waisted pants that are not too expensive. I know they can be so flattering if you find the right kind. I heard that Gwen Stefani's clothing line L.A.M.B carries some nice ones but aren't they really expensive?  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would go for JCPENNY's they are not expensive and the look is very casual.
