Increase walking speed

I have been walking for 3 months.  I walk 3-5 miles per day in 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. I would like to increase my speed, however, I find that it is taking me 1-2 miles to get full range of motion in my ankles.  Any ideas?

How to increase your magento sites speed?

I have 2 sites: on Wordpress and on Magento. I used some caching plugin for some time on my WP blog but it was really frustrating to wait for it to renew as I was making any changes on the site.
