What are the incorporation requirements in California

what are the company incorporation needs in California and compared to Delaware how long does it take?

If you run a business in California then incorporate in California, you will put up a red flag to the state and IRS if you incorporate in Delaware or Nevada. There is no real advantage tax wise but the hiding of the owner's assets in case of potential lawsuits are much harder to find in Delaware and Nevada. It depends on what type of entity you want to establish i.e. S corporation, LLC, Partnership or Corporation.

It's better to visit www.sos.ca.gov/business/be/ to get know the authentic business registration information that you require.
