Yeah thats true but what kind of food would do good for dieting.

There's no magic food to lose weight. Eating a healthy, low fat, low sodium, high fiber diet and exercising is all you need to do unless you have an underlying medical issue. Avoid pre-packaged, processed foods as much as possible and limit eating at restaurants to once a week at the most, preferably less.
