Canada like the USA is rich in culture and history. There are many reasons people wish to migrate here. One being our health care system which is open to everyone rich poor it doesn't matter.

Next is the standard of living which has less crime and less murder, although with having 10X less the population then america this is normal.

If you can handle the cold then I doubt you will have a problem living here, as almost 5-6 months of the year its cold.
