I am 21 and all my family emigrated to Austrailia ...

i am 21 and all my family emigrated to Austrailia two years ago. I could not go then but i now wish to join them. Can i apply for a visa on compasonate grounds.

I suggest to have a registered Australia immigration agent for the whole duration of the application. Also, try talking to family and friends that are already living in the country to get additional info and tips on getting your visa.
