Discuss JBee's answer to: If we ignore all the political ads, will it force the billionaire's to stop giving money to political campaigns to promote their own interests?

Their should be a ruling on how much each candidate can spend on ads so that certain partisan politics aren't directed toward the richest party. If that could be enforced it may work. One couldn't have any control over how many people would adhere to not just ignoring political ads.
