What is the ideal weight for a 5'1

What is the ideal weight for a 5'1" woman? How many calories should I consume to lose weight? I have been in different diets, but it seems to always fail after a few months.

First off, how old are you? and don't ever DIET ( unless it's a shirt)..            bad joke..It's a lifestyle you want not a diet..start by making sure you are healthy by having a physical..if you want to lose weight..make sure you eat protein/carbs/fiber and lots of H20 preferably 7-8 glasses 8oz each per day.Eat every 2 hrs, this way you never get hunger pains.Don't eat or drink after 7pm.Get hrs sleep and try to power nap 15 minutes daily..don't forget to walk,run,bike,swim whatever makes you feel good about yourself..let me know if it worked for you...weedbychoice..kjforce

if you want to lose weight..make sure you eat protein/carbs/fiber and vitamins and lots of Water preferably 8-9 glasses 10oz each per day. Eat every 2 hrs, this way you never get hunger pains. and I am Sure that your weight automatically less, You take exercise also. Exercise is a best way to weight loss... best of luck..
