ice in bottom of freezer

I have water that freezes in the bottom of my freezer this is not normal what could be wrong?

I would contact the manufacturer of your refrigerator and tell them of the problem. They should be able to tell you what you need to do, and if there is nothing that you can do yourself, they should be able to set up or connect you with someone to come and service it.

it seems you keep open the door of  freezer for a long time.so the air[ specially damped ]enters to the freezer.
