What is IBS?

What exactly is IBS and what are its symptoms? I have a sensitive stomach to some foods, does that mean that I could have IBS?

By now everyone has told U what it is, how to cure it, what 2 take for it, & how to prevent it.

I do not have time right now but will get back 2 U with some info which may be helpful. Sorry I started on this but something has come up--I apologize--but promise to get back with U!

IBS is a bowel disorder that causes cramping, constipation which causes abdominal pain, gas, and even diarrhea.

Having a sensitive stomach to some foods does not mean that you have IBS. Most IBS sufferers live with extreme pain until the learn to control their disorder.
