I have used the Crest Renewal Whitening Strips and they worked awesome! It's a 10 day treatment, but I only did 5 days and saved the other 5 because they whitened so fast.

I also use the Crest Advance mouth wash because it doesn't contain alcohol so you don't get the burn of Listerine, but it still does the same job.

Make sure you use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth while whitening. When you strip the enamal you can become sensitive to cold and other sensations.

No one can say which is the best toothpaste for your teeth . Actually it varies from person to person. You should consult your dentist and get your teeth examined. According to your dental condition, you will be guided about the selection of paste for your teeth. Dont look at the commercials and ADS for selecting your toothpaste.
