You are still developing at age 18 and taking any diet pills will affect you. Stick to a healthy diet and exercise. Trust me, you do not want these foreign supplement in your body. If anything, speak to your doctor for help in the weight loss department. He can guide you in a healthy way to lose unwanted pounds.

Im a 54 yo man, and I believe that all chemicals we put in our bodies are toxins to the human body. Some have ill effects while others, may help existing conditions. If you want to get healthy , get fit, I suggest doing it the best way which is the healthy way. you will benefit so much more. I have always been a health and fitness nut.  Hydroxycut products, popular dietary supplements used for weight loss, have been linked to liver damage and are being recalled, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said. The FDA said it has received 23 reports of serious liver injuries linked to Hydroxycut products, which are also used as energy enhancers and as fat burners.The reports include the 2007 death of a 19-year-old man living in the Southwest, which was reported to the FDA . Other serious liver problems reported included liver damage that resulted in a transplant in 2002, liver failure, jaundice, seizures and cardiovascular problemsThe FDA is warning consumers to immediately stop using 14 Hydroxycut products manufactured by Iovate Health Sciences Inc. of Oakville, Ontario, and distributed by Iovate Health Sciences USA Inc. of Blasdell, New York.
