If he's 60, or diabetic, or has high blood pressure, or takes certain medications, he might have difficulty.  You could ask him to see a doctor.

It's possible that he has someone else who satisfies him.

Or maybe you have lost your appeal.  Perfume might help.

He may not have the sex drive. ask him to take sex pills. It could help you.
