Get him back to the doc immediately.  He has the catheter so he doesn't urinate through to the penis.  If the seal isn't fixed around the catheter area, waste could be also going elsewhere in his pelvic region. I don't know if his suprapubic is temporary or what but I'd get him back to the MD pronto.

everything is fine again, the cathater had to be changed and cleared out....
