How do I get in touch with the company trying to get my pension started they have moved out of my area Jeanie

Hello Jeanie,

If the pension company which is a third party from the company itself does not know your address they will escrow the funds.  I suggest the you contact the following federal organization and they can lead you to a local or regional representative.  The organization is the Pension Benefit Guaranty (PBGC) Corporation here is their link: http://www.pbgc.gov/
