HTTP 420: Temporary Registration Block

he company i currently for is getting the following error when trying to signup for an AIM chat account. We depend on this here...we currently have over 200 users using it but it seems now when we get a new user to signup they get this HTTP 420: Temporary Registration Block Registration has been blocked due to too many attempts from this IP address. Please wait and and try again later.

The only workaround is then patch them to our backup DSL line but we can't do this all the time.
