hello kim Asked:

Hrt on not

on a low dose hrt for nearly 1 year but really sad ,low and keep forgetting stuff should i increase hrt or try to come off and try herbal treatment ?

Dear hello kim,

From my own experience I have been on HRT for many years and been free of all the unpleasant side effects of menopause. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right combination of medication so I suggest that you find a doctor who specializes in HRT therapy and try something else. Don't give up it is really worth it in the end.
