I'm going to take a stab in the dark and go way way out on a limb. I'm going to guess that the Dog Fanciers Kennel Club is a club for dog fanciers. And I'll step out even further on that limb and guess that the reason for registering with this group is that you are a dog fancier.

I would presume four adult dogs, and any number of puppies, as long as they are under 15 weeks of age and you have offered then for adoption through your local Humane Society. Have them spayed/neutered at two months.
