When you sign up for Weight Watchers you are given a number of points based on your weight and height. That number is how much you can eat all day. 0 points foods are considered freebies. They do not count against your daily allowance.

Im 15, 166cm tall and i weigh 51.6 I dont eat breakfast & at lunch i have a small meal and i dont eat till dinner time. If i get hungry i just drink heaps of water to feel full and stop me from stuffing my face!!!
