Here's what they told me at AOL. Delete cache, history, cookies, etc. Reset your actual browser. Go to https://mail.aol.com/lite and while holding SHIFT, left-click on HELP in upper right. Click on RESET to all 4 options there. Wait 2 hours. It worked for me.
