Answered: I cannot permanently delete mail from my trash can.

This has been on-going proble with AOL - even the techs responding to this do not have an answer - they keep asking the same questions over and over

Today - I could not even delete 2 messages in trash box - signed off internet - logged in - and was able to - Doesn't AOL know they have a problem - doesn't seem as if they care - with all the complaints not being handled

I have the same problem and there is no support by AOL... I am from outside the U.S. and I can not make phone calls. AOL Service is very bad.
