what is earliest i can give 1 months notice on a 6 month cotract on a flat and can i use bond to pay any rent if not how can i gaurantee getting it back

well i have my own property at bangkok i.e.bangkok apartment and i had given my property on rent,and made a bond for 6 month for pay rent,i think these thing should be applicable in your matter too..
