Would you like to work out more?
about 3 hours per week...nothing strenuous....I walk, lift weights, do some Yoga stretches, and a little housework. About 1/2 hour per day is all I do anymore. Used to do much much more. Danced 7 nights a week. Did water aerobics and floor aerobics 3 times a week and walked 4 miles every morning...in 1 hour! That's a 15min mile! I was in my 40s then. Yep, 'tis true! can't keep up that pace anymore.
