need more information. is this a standing pilot model or is it electronic ignition with forced draft? standing pilot models could just be pilot light is out or need thermocouple replaced. forced draft systems have a flame sensor so if it lights and goes out after a few seconds the sensor needs cleaned. in eithe case you will probably have to remove the burner assembly. clean it with plain steel wool and put it back. if you have any other questions feel free to email me.
