It shouldn't be, as long as it's for your personal use.  However, if you start selling copies or charging people to see it, that's a different matter.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Thank you for your answer but let me explain the problem was when I downloaded it to my facebook and wanted to share with my family, facebook later deleted it saying I was violating copy rights in reference to the music. What I don't understand is why only with certain songs. For example I made a slideshow with new year's eve pictures and added a song by the Black Eyed Peas and there was no problem, now I used another song just dance music and that was not accepted so I had to change the song this time I used an old song BLACK IS BLACK and that is fine. I don't see the difference like you said I am not going to sell it or make money of it. Just personal pictures with a little music.
