So I can better assist you, could you tell me where you are receiving this error? What browser are you using?

In regard to the HTTP 403 error, please clear your cache and cookies (in the AOL Desktop software) and try again. I also would suggest upgrading to the latest version of AOL (AOL Desktop 9.7) and try to reproduce the issue. To upgrade, go to: http://daol.aol.com/software/aoldesktop97/

Clearing the cache seemed to do the trick and my aol home page now comes up as normal.

I do the normal disc cleaning etc and then decided to open up the aol clean up tools and after clearing the cache, it's fine. Hope this helps.
