I also have "holes" in the leaves & a few  worms under the leaves.  Some of the leaves on all three of my knockout rose bushes are showing white spots as well.  What should I use to cure this?

I tried the flower and rose systemc by Bayer..this did not work.

I also tried Sevin, and the worms are falling off.Be careful using this product as it may harm some beneficial insects.

Sevin seems to be working after trying several organic products.

Be careful using this product as it may harm some beneficial insects, still the worms are falling off, and my roses look happier..also snip off the infected leaves and toss..it will get rid of a lot of the culprits.

Thanks, Marie!  Yesterday I called two nurseries and I was told to use Insecticidal (sp=?) and one nursery was sold out so today I'll purchase it at the other place here in town. . .hope it works.

Ilive in Converse Indiana, 50 mi. north of Indy.  I just sprayed the roses with lime sulfer.  It is a more natural like insectiside, fungiside, mitiside.  I am not sure what is eating holes in my 3 roses plants.  If the lime sulfer works will let you know.

Does anybody have any good tips for growing miniature roses? :)

Mini roses make great houseplants. Keep them in decorative pots in a sunny window. Remember to turn the pots a little each week so that all parts of the plants get enough light. http://botanical-journeys-plant-guides.com/miniature-roses.html

You can store it in the garage, but be prepared for it to loose its leaves. Once they fall, you can do any pruning that needs to be done. Keep the rose on the dry side and don't feed it until you take it back outside in the spring. http://botanical-journeys-plant-guides.com/miniature-roses.html ...
