If you mean the original knife made by Jim Bowie, my guess is it was either buried with him or is somewhere in a museum in Texas. If you mean the first manufactured bowie knives, who knows.

I was always lead to believe it was picked up by a mexican officer and ended up in the national museum in mexico city which was chaulepec[?] PALACE. I do know that the two flags from the alamo fight, the 1824 flag and the flag of the new orleans greys are still in the museum. Many attempts have been made by the united states to get them back, offering to return many regimental flags sam houston's men captured at san jacinto and also taken during the mexican war.
