How do i unlock my laptop. It had a box come on saying others were using it.But it has no one on it . And still will not shut off. How can i shut it off manually

It sounds like someone has possibly hacked onto your laptop. If you are having trouble turning your laptop off, try taking out the battery for awhile. That will shut down the computer automatically. I would also suggest having your laptop looked at by a technician to see if someone has been illegally using your system.

Ctrl + Alt + Del simultaneously will close any open program and shut down pc
