How do you make a story about a killing with out mentioning it?

Answers

If you write about an occurrence (any sort) you must mention it.  If you are writing about the killing of Dr. Martin Luther King, write as would a journalist.  But if you were writing for Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine, then you would follow their authors' guidelines.

If the magazine you are writing for is exceptionally quirky, you may want to avoid connecting your name with it.
