Help High credit card interest is killing me.

I have found myself with over 10k in credit card debt, and the interest rate that they are charging me is at 17%

how can I get a lower interest rate to help me pay off this credit card. My credit is in real good standings, but I fear at this rate I may not be able to afford my payments as the cost to live has become much more these days. I need more money to live and can not afford to pay higher amounts on my credit card. any suggestions...
