When you are on a weight loss program, do you think it is possible to burn fat just at certain parts of your body (like your belly, thighs, legs or arms)?
I try to keep my fat intake low. My cheese man told me that even though mozarella is relatively high in fat, its fat is not harmful. Is that true?
How far would you be willing to go to fight off the belly fat?
