How do you make those rubber band shooters that you can fling across the room by tying it around your fingers a certain way?

Yeah, I'd like to know too! I have NEVER been able to do that and always wanted to. Of course, I have never been able to whistle with two fingers in my mouth and I always wished I could do that as well. Sigh...

The first two are how to shoot them with strictly your hands and the other two are real easy rubber band guns to make.
