If she could get the materials she may be able to build it for her. She has a old neighbor that we may be able to get a hold of. She doesn't have the money to do it done herself.

Then ask Catholic Charities or Habatat for Humanity to at least furnish materials. Ask the local High School if the Wood Shop could build one, ask the Boy Scouts.
