I need help. I believe my depression is major with psychotic episodes. I also have serious medical problems. I know that I need to be in a facility where I get one on one daily counseling but I have no insurance. My multiple problems combined causes me to have more anxiety attacks and more serious episodes. What can I do?
Mimi, Look in the phone book, or on line, and get the phone number for the Department of Mental Health in your state. Call them and tell them your problems. They will give you all the help you need at no cost if you cannot afford to pay. Please do it today. I don't want you suffering a minute longer than you have to. Also, please leave another comment here later and let me know how things are going.

Depression doesn't come with psychotic episodes. I'm not going to even try to diagnose you on such sparse information, but it sounds to me more likely that you suffer from bipolar disorder. You need to see someone as soon as you can. Bipolar disorder is treatable, and while not completely relieved by medication and such, can be very well controlled.
