Help getting over this jerk.

Completely understand how you feel but DON'T give in!! I know everyone says this but in time it will get easier and easier to forget about him. Look at him for the real jerk he is, if he really cared about you, he wouldn't be trying to become "friends with benefits"--that means all he wants from you is physical! Forget him and onto the next one!! You got this :)

You did not mention why did you break.  As you call him "jerk" it means that he did something bad /wrong / evel to you an in fact you should be happy to get rid of him..... So I wonder why you "can't get over him".  
If your realations are over you have 2 options: 
1.  To try and bring your relation back to track. 
2.  Forget about him and concentrate on finding 
     your next love. 
There is no other option (and if you have something in mind better delete it, it will lead you to a dead-end street and oceans of tears.......).  

been there, done that girl! went through "friends with benefits" for 9 months with this jerk. he used me. this guy will use you too. i say forget about him and move onto something bigger and better than what he has to offer - which isn't that great. :) found love from my "friend with benefits" best friend. 1 year on that jerks birthday! HAHA

Any guy that truly cared for you would never ask to be friends with benefits. Sex should only be with people you care for. And believe me, if you go that route, it will just make you that much more miserable because you'll be wanting what he can't give. Find someone that deserves you and will treat you right.
