Hi, trying to get through to anyone on the help desk.

We have not had any internet connection from my Cambridge UK flat since last night. The router is lit up green to go and fully connected.

However, no one is picking up the help desk phone and live chat just times out.

 

Given that I am actually ringing in from Austria, this is frustrating indeed.
