Hi Charleson -

I am sorry that you are having to go through this.  I know that divorce can be a very difficult and painful fact to face, especially if you don't want it.

The healing process takes time - and it is difficult to do alone.  I don't know what your situation is, but I would suggest that you find someone with whom you can talk.  Someone who can be neutral is best - a therapist or  counselor, or your minister/priest.  Your wife's reason for wanting a divorce may have little to do with you, or it might have a lot to do with you.  Have you suggested that you and she try couples counseling?  If you have and she says "no" or "it's too late for that", then I suggest that you find someone to help YOU.

Hang in there - you will get through this.

Best
