When I first started to Ride no one ever thought of a Helmet, and I had hair all the way down to my Butt, we wore hair tied up and a leather band, or Dew rag..

You know, SG, that sounds like a lot of fun!  Now that I have become a Harley wannabe, I have found that most people are my friends or soon will be!  I had no idea that riding a Harley could expand one's circle of friends and sphere of influence so much!

 

Pardon me that I ride safely and with friends, but that only improves the sport.

Started looking at trikes.
1 I saw VW Rabbit engine.
Not much power
but will fit wheelchair.

 

Power assist hand controls.
Automatic trans.
Fits parking space.
Hauls 3 days groceries.

 

Glad I checked in here.
Opened a world of possibility.
Can go w/ some biker runs.
Make some new friends.

 

No reason not 2.
Old cripples need friends 2.
Not all that much money.
I started saving 4 it last month.

It is a good idea to ride, Stressed.  I just got started with motorcycle training.  Here it is a two-weekends in class, and a third weekend on a closed course.  That will get you a Texas motorcycle instruction permit.  Six months of riding during daytime only, and then take the required drive test, makes sense to me.  Class will begin in an hour or so.

 

It makes sense.
