Heavy strings

what do i need to do so that i can fit strings ranging from 18 to 74 on my stratocaster with out breaking anything

that's way heavy for that guitar, it might explode.

the truss rod was not made for that kid of tension. but if you must,  i would put as many springs as possible in the back.

you may have other issues like fitting a 74 through the holes in the bridge and tuning peg.
