Hearing aid not working

Clear circuit hearing                                                                                     

To whom it may concern,

I bought hearing aids from these people and i have been having trouble with the left aid.It went dead.Idid everything the manual said to do,it still would not work.         

I cant get in touch with this company to do the warranty work are they still in buisness?

I would like someone from clear circuit hearing to call about this problem as soon as possible.

My phone#1-315-736-1039 ask for tony fargnoli.

Take it back to the people you got it from and they should send it in for repair for you.

Since the company you got it from has gone out of buisness, you will have to estabilish a new relationship with another company.  If the aid is still under warranty, the charge to repair it should not too much.  Certainly less than it would be if you had to purchase a new warranty.  You should contact an audiologist or hearing aid dealer and ask them how much they would charge.
