What is healthy and sub-healthy

A lot of people think it is healthy as long as if only not getting sick, some people think it is healthy when every part body function are normal. Some one joke : eating up and spending a lot of money is healthy.  Dictionary explain “ physiological function of every tissue and organ is normal , isn’t ill “ is being healthy.there are some reasons in all of these versions, but ,aren’t very completedly.

Having overall studying and long-term observing, Modern medicine think healthy is not only unillness, anatomy and physiologic function is normal ,but also should include: healthy personality and individual character, normal spirit, complete social accommodation, favourable interpersonal relationship.

This is very reasonable, It is difficulty imaging that a person who don’t get sick, but is gloomy all the day may be a healthy person! It also is difficulty imaging that a person whose physiologic function is normal , but always trouble surrounding may be a healthy, sound person.

It seems not easy real healthy; not only have some medical knowledge to refine vigorous physique,but also mould one’s character, raise favourable individual character and personality, train social accommodation and interpersonal relationship. All of these have been done, you are a real healthy!
